Capita Pension Solutions actuarial programmes 2027

Capita Pension Solutions is the pensions business of Capita, whose Pensions Consulting team acts as scheme actuary to defined benefit pension schemes and advises on funding, valuations, de-risking and GMP equalisation. It has recruited graduates into its Actuarial Technical Centre in Leeds, working on valuations, funding updates and accounting disclosures, and supports its actuarial analysts through the IFoA exams.
